Inga is the leader of the New York Marketo User Group, and frequently collaborates with other industry professionals. In recent years, Inga founded a consulting firm, which focuses on strategy and marketing automation maturity consulting for medium to enterprise level clients.

Inga sets her consultancy apart with her personal excellence in the industry, and also by retaining employees of the highest caliber.

Rajiv Kapoor

Chief Strategy Officer

Raj's background and passion includes a combination of marketing, consulting and entrepreneurship. He has worked with 100+ clients including Microsoft, GE and Pfizer leading Engagement Marketing engagements with a specialization in CMO Advisory.

Rajiv has been in several executive roles such as co-founder, board member and VP of Marketing for ventures that raised over 3 million and were sold.

He was also an early employee at Marketo, being a key player in growing the business by 136%, leading to an IPO in 2013.
